We ship everywhere in Australia and New Zealand
How long does shipping take?
Shipping will depend on what company you have selected in the check out.
Aus post standard shipping estimate is Same state: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
New Zealand: 4-7 business days
How do I track my order?
Via the tracking number sent to your emails when your order has been posted.
Pick up
Where is local pick up from?
Local pick up is from Wollert Vic or Greensborough Vic
How long does it take for my order to be ready for pick up?
Each item has a different turn around time however we will email you when your order is ready for collection and we will organise a pick up time that suits you.
Can balloons be purchased for local pick up?
Absolutely our balloon hampers can be selected for local pick up so can our grab and go garlands.

How long do the balloons last?
Each balloon decoration is different. Balloon garlands and air filled pieces can last for weeks even months if kept in the right environment as they are air filled.
Foil Bouquets can last around 3-5 days and all our latex balloons are treated with hifloat to get the most out of your balloons. These can also last around 2-4 days.
When should i book?
We work on first in first served basis so booking in advanced is highly recommended as we do fill up on specific dates.
Book ahead to avoid disappointment. Please note if you are booking a balloon garland (that needs to be installed by us) we do require a $50 non refundable deposit to lock in the items and the date.
